Gunnersbury is jointly owned by Hounslow Council and Ealing Council. Recognised by many as one of the most important parks in the country, Gunnersbury features one Grade II and one Grade II* listed Georgian mansions and many other historically significant buildings set within a stunning park landscape.
The councils jointly own Gunnersbury Estate (2026) Community Interest Company (CIC). The purpose of the CIC is to operate and promote the Gunnersbury Estate for the benefit of the community.
The initial phase of £21m investment marks the first big step towards realising the 15-year masterplan ‘Gunnersbury 2026’. The project aims to transform Gunnersbury into a sustainable, high quality public space that serves the local community and beyond. Gunnersbury’s rich history will be preserved for future generations to enjoy and their development plans will see the creation of a diverse and lively mix of culture, heritage, events, sports and recreational activities.
As part of this vision, there is now an exciting partnership opportunity for the restoration and future use of the Small Mansion and Stables.
